Program Details: 

The BEGINNER WORKSHOP runs from 1:00-4:00pm on Sat., Mar. 3
This Workshop is geared to complete beginners & those with just a little prior instruction.  It will cover: an introduction to Baroque dance & its place in Baroque society & court manners; a look at 17th Century dance choreographies; demonstrations of dance forms by the instructor; &, instruction on basic introductory steps.

To Bring: gym attire, flat shoes that slide a bit on wood floors or socks; water bottle
Venue: Parish Hall, St. George's Episcopal Church, 915 Oakland St., Arlington, VA 22203
Metro Accessible: one block from Virginia Square on Orange Line
Parking: available in the church's parking lot & also timed street parking

The NOVICE WORKSHOP runs from 10:00am-12:00pm on Sun., Mar. 4.
This Workshop is designed for those with an existing knowledge of basic dance steps & aims to increase fluency in dances & knowledge of dance choreography.
