Ticket Sales Policies
Capriccio has a secure online ticketing system which accepts payments made by personal credit card, PayPal and Venmo. Please note that Capriccio does not take cash payments for tickets at the venue.
Capriccio’s ticket sales policies are as follows:
– All ticket sales are final – we regret that we cannot process refunds.
– In the event you are unable to attend a concert for which you hold a ticket/s, you may transfer the ticket/s to a future Capriccio concert offered in the same Season. Transfer requests must sent at least 7 days prior to the ticketed concert date to Carolyn@CapriccioBaroque.org The transfer request should indicate which concert the tickets are for and which concert they should be transferred to. Any increase in the ticket price between the original and replacement concert must be honored.
In the unlikely event Capriccio needs to cancel a concert (in response to public health announcements, artist travel interruptions, etc), ticket holders will be reimbursed within 7 days of the concert date minus PayPal/Credit card transaction fees.
